Terms of service
1. The service
Vivian Drives You To Drink ("Vivian", "we", "us") provides private driving and airport transfers in and around the Napa Valley wine country. Your time begins at the booked pickup and ends at the drop-off.
2. Rate
Driving is billed at $50 per hour, with a four-hour minimum, for your group rather than per person. Vivian confirms the details with you when you book.
3. Booking, payment & changes
Bookings, payment, and any changes or cancellations are arranged directly with Vivian by phone, text, or email. Please let her know as early as you can if your plans change.
4. Alcohol
Vivian does not drink while driving. Guests are welcome to enjoy the wineries responsibly; for everyone's safety she may decline further stops if needed.
5. Conduct & safety
Vivian may end a ride if guest behavior threatens the safety of the vehicle, the wineries, or other people.
