Privacy policy
1. What we collect
When you book a tour or send a message, we collect: your name, email, phone number, party size, preferred date(s), and any details you share in the message box. We also collect standard server logs (IP, browser, referrer) for security and analytics.
2. What we don't do
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. We don't run ad retargeting. We don't add you to a drip campaign. We don't add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.
3. Payment data
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy practices apply: stripe.com/privacy.
4. Email
Booking confirmations and replies to your messages are sent via our transactional email provider. We do not send marketing email without an explicit opt-in.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that does not set tracking cookies or collect personal data. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to delete the information we have about you. Email hello@viviandrivesyoutodrink.com and it will be done within 30 days.
