Vivian's time, the late-model SUV, fuel, insurance, and the pre-planning of your day. Tasting fees are included for Signature Full-Day (up to 4 guests) and most Concierge Multi-Day bookings — specifics are confirmed at booking. Lunch and any bottles you ship home are at cost.

Up to 6 guests in the SUV. If your group is larger, ask Vivian about her network of trusted partners for vans and small buses — she can coordinate multi-vehicle days for up to 20.

Yes — and they're one of the most popular bookings. Vivian meets you at baggage claim, helps with bags, and drives you to the valley or back to the airport. SFO, OAK, SJC, SMF, STS, APC all covered, flight-tracked.

We go. Light rain in wine country is actually beautiful. For real storms, Vivian will call you the day before and offer to swap dates or reroute to indoor experiences (cellar tastings, cave tours, a long lunch).

Yes, as long as they're people-friendly and the wineries we'll visit allow it. Vivian will filter the day's list around that. (Most of the dog-friendly ones are excellent.)

Welcome. The SUV has room for car seats, and Vivian will build in a stop at a farm, a chocolate maker, or a soda-and-sandwich lunch in a park for any under-21s. Under-5 are free.

A week is usually enough for a Classic day. For Signature and Concierge, 2–4 weeks gives Vivian the best shot at the small, hard-to-book wineries. Last-minute? Call anyway — half the time, she can make magic happen.

Full refund with 72 hours' notice. Inside 72 hours, the deposit is held as a credit toward a future booking. Inside 24 hours, deposit is non-refundable. Vivian works with you if life happens.

No — Vivian stays sober so you can drink freely. (It's the law, and she likes it that way.) Bottles of water and sparkling water are always in the car.

Online deposit at booking (Stripe — Apple Pay, Google Pay, all major cards). Balance is due the day of the tour, payable to Vivian directly via card, Venmo, Zelle, or cash.

All of Napa Valley (Napa, Yountville, St. Helena, Calistoga, American Canyon), Sonoma Valley and Russian River (Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Glen Ellen), and the six airports (OAK, SFO, SJC, SMF, STS, APC). For multi-day trips, Vivian will quote farther afield.
